INNOVATION IN METAL CONSTRUCTION AT THE SERVICE OF SUSTAINABILITY
The integration of additive manufacturing into the conventional metal structure manufacturing process allows for the production of structural elements tailored to the load requirements of the element, without material waste, adjustable to the variability of the underlying construction elements.

ENHANCING INSTALLED MANUFACTURING CAPACITY FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY, THE REALITY OF THE EM CURVE
Additive manufacturing, with MAG welding process and welding equipment already integrated into its industrial park, is the most comprehensive, accessible, and effective way to offer customers sustainable and differentiated buildings in the metal construction sector. It's not about reinventing the wheel; it's about reinventing the way we think and manufacture metal structures.
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING IN THE SERVICE OF CONSTRUCTION
The integration of additive manufacturing into conventional construction is the perfect synergy between the use of commercial profiles and the manufacturing of connecting and reinforcing elements with the use of material where it is needed. The result is a construction that combines the know-how of our industry with technologically advanced solutions, using manufacturing equipment tested and validated in the production of metal structures.
WHY EM CURVE
A Different Approach, Using a New & Optimized Method of Manufacturing
The outcome is complex, unique construction solutions with optimization of raw materials and resources. The simplicity lies in doing what we do best: constructing innovative, reliable, and quality metal structures. Success comes from integration and utilizing our expertise.
MAIN OBJECTIVE
Strengthen research, technological development and innovation.
This new solution is intended to allow the construction of highly complex metallic structures based on an innovative addition manufacturing technology that will promote (i) a sustainable, efficient (in terms of time and resources) and highly technical rigor production process (capable of forming the radii of the parts without any deviation, thus minimizing the rates of nonconformity of the parts and the levels of steel waste), (ii) a new product with safety, morphological, chemical properties, mechanical resistance to increased traction/crushing/fatigue, thermals, toughness, flexibility and adaptability and (iii) a simplified assembly and welding process.
